About Me
How I Got Here
As many of us, I too have gone through traumas and disorders, addictions and fears. I have always been a sensitive being, but I was living right in the "Matrix".
I found Yoga in 2012, my background was in martial arts in my country of origin, Italy. Through the years of practice in Melbourne, Yoga has become my deepest love and passion, it has transformed my life, has made me a better person, and the best part is that I feel this is only the start! The start of an infinite journey of joy and true living!

My journey as a full-time student started with my mentor Amelia Schrader, founder of Axis Yoga, where I have been teaching regular classes for a while. She taught me the Fundamentals of Yoga, guiding me through an Intelligent Practice of safe alignment and strength based Vinyasa.

My first 200h YTT was at Radiantly Alive in Ubud (in November 2017), a great International Yoga School where I became a RA Vinyasa Yoga teacher. I feel blessed I chose this school because it is now my family in Bali.

My second 200h YTT was at Axis Yoga, with the founder Amelia Schrader, and I was blessed to assist her in the training as well. This course allowed me to start teaching full-time and find my teacher's voice more than ever!

I attended a Pre-Natal Yoga Teacher Training (85h Mindful Pregnancy Yoga Training with Mindful Pregnancy Yoga School in Melbourne) in March-May 2019. I was pregnant at the time and I got so much knowledge and first-hand experience that I fell in love with teaching yoga to mamas to be!
My most recent yoga trainings have been Post-natal Yoga (The 4th Trimester - Restore the mother) with the beautiful Phoebe Cole and Amanda Waaldyk (after experiencing my own post-natal journey as a new mum!), and Children's Yoga with Zenergy Yoga, giving me the tools to guide children from the young age of 3 to their teenage years!
In April 2021 I have extended my studies with Zenergy Yoga and studied Yoga Therapy (course 1 & 2), where we use Chinese medicine knowledge and meridians to work with specific corrective exercises to heal several conditions, from a sore throat to autism.
I use this knowledge now also in my adults classes, using specific poses to bring balance to the organs and their functions in the body.
Finally, I graduated as an 'Ayurveda Goddess' with Bhakti Rose, I am so fascinated by Ayurveda teachings and traditions and I love to use them in class sometimes.
I absolutely love sharing my knowledge and practice with the community, I feel I always have something to give.
I believe we are all here to inspire and get inspired, creating magic as we do what we love, and in that way we can really make beautiful things happen.
